If Employed:
  • Certificate of Employment
  • Latest 2 successive payslip
  • Latest ITR 

If Self-Employed:
  • DTI Registration/Sec Papers-Articles of Incorporation
  • Latest 2 year comparative Financial Statements
  • Latest ITR
  • Latest Bank Statement or Certificate of Deposit (6 mos ADB)

  • Completely filled-out Application Form
  • Proof of Billing on Address (copy of any utility bill)
  • Complete PDCs
  • Photocopy of Passport and working visa

If Employed/Informal Employment or Retired:
  • Certificate of Employment or Letter from Employer supporting employment (OFW)
  • Latest 2 successive Payslip if applicable

  • Complete PDCs by means of opening a checking account in the Philippines
  • Proof of Remittance

If Self-Employed

STEP 3: Choose your PAYMENT OPTIONS & request from us a Sample Computation.


a.) 5% spot downpayment due 30 days from reservation date,

10% payable in 16 months at 0% interest,

5% spot downpayment due on the 17th month,

80% through lump sum or bank financing.


b.) 5% spot downpayment due 30 days from reservation date,

15% payable in 22 months at 0% interest,

80% through lump sum or bank financing.


c.) 10% spot downpayment due 30 days from reservation date,

5% payable in 16 months at 0% interest,

5% spot downpayment due on the 17th month,

80% through lump sum or bank financing.


d.) 10% spot downpayment due 30 days from reservation date,

10% payable in 22 months at 0% interest,

80% through lump sum or bank financing.


STEP 4: Submission of PDC's (Post Dated Checks) for spot downpayment and monthly payment & signed Contract to Sell (CTS). Upon clearance of client's reservation fee and spot downpayment, will recieve a Notice of Accepatance to client regarding scheduling of his unit acceptance.
